नौकरी के साथ-साथ यूपीएससी सिविल सेवा परीक्षा की तैयारी कैसे करें।

कई लोगों ने पूछा है कि नौकरी के साथ-साथ यूपीएससी सिविल सेवा परीक्षा की तैयारी कैसे करें। इस पर मेरी युक्तियाँ इस प्रकार हैं:

पढ़ाई के लिए समय निकालना

 सुबह 5 बजे उठें. यह सबसे अधिक लाभदायक होगा. आपने अपने छात्र जीवन में देर रात तक पढ़ाई की होगी, लेकिन नौकरी के साथ, आपका दिमाग भारी परीक्षा सामग्री को आत्मसात करने के लिए बहुत थका हुआ होगा।

 - हर दिन 4-5 घंटे (कम से कम सुबह 5 बजे से सुबह 8 बजे तक)
 -शनिवार और रविवार को कम से कम 12 घंटे

यात्रा एवं कार्य अवकाश का उपयोग करना

 -ऑफिस ब्रेक में अखबार, करेंट अफेयर्स खत्म करने की कोशिश करें।
 - वैकल्पिक करने का प्रयास न करें। असर कम होगा
 - यात्रा का समय बचाने के लिए कार्यस्थल के निकट रहने का प्रयास करें।
 - यात्रा के दौरान पढ़ाई के लिए बाइक के बजाय सार्वजनिक परिवहन का उपयोग करें। अन्यथा वीडियो/ऑडियो सुनें

सूत्रों का कहना है

 -अध्ययन के स्रोत बढ़ाने की कोशिश करने के बजाय सीमित स्रोतों से गहन अध्ययन पर ध्यान दें।
 -यह सबसे महत्वपूर्ण पहलू है क्योंकि आपके पास समय की कमी है
 - कई टॉपर्स ने सीमित स्रोतों की सिफारिश की है -> बस उसी पर कायम रहें

आउटसोर्स

 -चूंकि आपके पास समय कम है, इसलिए आपको उस काम पर ध्यान केंद्रित नहीं करना चाहिए जिसे आप कहीं और से कर सकते हैं।
 जैसे. करेंट अफेयर्स नोट्स/यहाँ तक कि अन्य नोट्स भी न बनाएं। बाजार में सामग्री उपलब्ध है, खरीद लें.
 -अपना सारा समय उच्च प्रभाव वाले अध्ययन यानी सीखने में लगाएं।

छुट्टी

 छुट्टियों का उपयोग सोच-समझकर करें। उन्हें अपनी परीक्षाओं के करीब ले जाएं. प्रारंभिक परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने के बाद एक लंबा ब्रेक लेने का प्रयास करें।

 आप कितनी छुट्टियां ले सकते हैं, इसके आधार पर इस प्रकार विभाजित करने का प्रयास करें:
 - प्रीलिम्स से 2 हफ्ते पहले
 - मेन्स से 1 महीना पहले

तनाव प्रबंधन

 आप तैयारी के साथ-साथ नौकरी का तनाव भी झेल रहे होंगे। काम की परेशानियों को ऑफिस में ही छोड़ने का प्रयास करें। आपको 15 मिनट मेडिटेशन के लिए समय जरूर निकालना चाहिए। इससे आपका ध्यान केंद्रित रहेगा


सामाजिक मेलजोल के समय में कटौती करें

 -आप काम के बाद ऑफिस के सहकर्मियों के साथ घूमना चाह सकते हैं, लेकिन आपको इससे बचना होगा। समय आपके लिए महत्वपूर्ण है. आपको अन्य सभी विकर्षणों को दूर करने की आवश्यकता है।
 -सामाजिक कार्यक्रमों, फिल्मों आदि में भाग लेने के लिए साथियों के दबाव में न आएं


लोगों की नकारात्मकता को दूर करें

 -अगर कोई आपसे कहे कि आप ये नहीं कर सकते. चलते रहो और उन्हें गलत साबित करो। आपसे पहले भी लोगों ने ऐसा किया है और आप भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं.

 -ऐसे नकारात्मक लोगों से नाता तोड़ लें और किसी गुरु से बात करें जो आपको प्रेरित और प्रेरित कर सके


शालीनता

 -किसी भी समय आत्मसंतुष्टि न आने दें क्योंकि आपके पास पहले से ही एक बैकअप यानी आपकी वर्तमान नौकरी है।
 -सीएसई उत्तीर्ण करने के लिए निरंतर प्रेरणा सबसे महत्वपूर्ण है।
 -पूरे समय तैयारी करने वालों की तुलना में अतिरिक्त मेहनत करनी होगी


एक बार आपका चयन हो जाए

 एक बार जब आप किसी भी सेवा में आ जाएं, तो अगले प्रयास पर पूरा ध्यान केंद्रित करने के लिए उसी दिन इस्तीफा दे दें। चयनित होने के बाद आपके पास सुरक्षा है और आप चाहें तो कभी भी दोबारा प्राइवेट नौकरी पा सकते हैं।


नौकरी करते हुए यह मत सोचिए कि यह केवल नकारात्मक बात है! नौकरी न केवल आपको वित्तीय सुरक्षा प्रदान करती है बल्कि साक्षात्कार में भी आपको अच्छी स्थिति में रखेगी।

 यह निश्चित रूप से कठिन है, लेकिन यदि आपमें प्रतिबद्धता है तो आप इसे पूरा कर सकते हैं!
