Fundamental Duties Constitution of India

The Fundamental Duties are a set of moral and civic obligations outlined in the Constitution of India. They were added to the constitution by the 42nd Amendment Act in 1976, and currently, there are 11 Fundamental Duties. These duties are not legally enforceable and do not confer any legal rights, but they are considered important for the overall well-being of the country and its citizens.  Here is a list of the Fundamental Duties as per the Constitution of India: 1. To abide by the Constitution and respect its ideals and institutions. 2. To cherish and follow the noble ideals that inspired the national struggle for freedom. 3. To uphold and protect the sovereignty, unity, and integrity of India. 4. To defend the country and render national service when required. 5.
