नेता और समाज की वास्तविकता

आजकल के नेताओं ने अपने आप को गरीबों के मसीहा के रूप में प्रस्तुत करना एक प्रचलित चलन बना लिया है। यह बहुत ही विडंबनापूर्ण है कि जिन लोगों ने कभी गरीबी का अनुभव नहीं किया, वे गरीबों के उद्धारकर्ता होने का दावा करते हैं। बचपन से ही सुख-सुविधाओं में पले-बढ़े, सोने का चम्मच लेकर जन्मे इन नेताओं को गरीबों की वास्तविक समस्याओं का अहसास कैसे हो सकता है? 

समाज के समक्ष आज कई गंभीर मुद्दे हैं जिन पर ध्यान केंद्रित करने की आवश्यकता है, जैसे कि अर्थव्यवस्था, सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी, पर्यावरण, युवाओं का भविष्य, और स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं का विकास। इन विषयों पर गंभीरता से चर्चा होनी चाहिए और ठोस कार्य योजनाएं बनाई जानी चाहिए। 

दुर्भाग्यवश, वर्तमान राजनीति में अपराधी प्रवृत्ति के लोगों की संख्या बढ़ती जा रही है।18 वीं लोकसभा 2024 के नवनिर्वाचित 543 सदस्यों में से 251 (46 फीसद) के खिलाफ आपराधिक मामले दर्ज हैं। चुनाव विश्लेषण करने वाली संस्था ‘एसोसिएशन आफ डेमोक्रेटिक रिफार्म्स’ (एडीआर) ने यह बात कही। ये लोग अपराध करने के बाद कुछ समय बाद समाज सेवक बनने का ढोंग करते हैं और समाज के मसीहा बनकर जनता को भ्रमित करते हैं। पिछले 75 वर्षों से गरीबी हटाने के नारों के बावजूद देश में गरीबी क्यों बनी हुई है? यह सवाल हर जिम्मेदार नागरिक के मन में उठना चाहिए।

समाज की भी अपनी जिम्मेदारी है। हमें ऐसे नेताओं को चुनना चाहिए जिन्होंने वास्तव में गरीबी और समाज की समस्याओं का अनुभव किया हो। जो लोग जमीनी स्तर पर समाज की समस्याओं से रूबरू हुए हैं, वे ही सच्चे मन से समाज का विकास कर सकते हैं। अगर हम उन नेताओं के पुत्रों और पुत्रियों को सत्ता में लाते रहेंगे जो सोने के चम्मच लेकर जन्मे हैं और जिन्हें गरीबों की समस्याओं का कोई ज्ञान नहीं है, तो देश का विकास असंभव है।

सच्चाई यह है कि असली परिवर्तन तभी आएगा जब वास्तविकता का अनुभव करने वाले लोग राजनीति में आएंगे। वे लोग जो गरीबों की मजबूरी, छात्रों की समस्याओं और समाज की जमीनी सच्चाइयों को समझते हैं, वे ही समाज का सही तरीके से नेतृत्व कर सकते हैं। जब तक ऐसे लोगों को राजनीति में स्थान नहीं मिलेगा, तब तक समाज का विकास करना बहुत कठिन है।

समाज को जागरूक होना होगा और ऐसे नेताओं को आगे लाना होगा जिन्होंने गरीबी का अनुभव किया है, जो समाज की जमीनी सच्चाइयों को समझते हैं और जिनके पास समाज को सुधारने का सच्चा दृष्टिकोण है। तभी हम एक प्रगतिशील और न्यायसंगत समाज की स्थापना कर पाएंगे।
